Seasons of life, they come and go.
Seasons of life, some rain, some snow.
We find ourselves in seasons that are full of joy and bliss.
& often transition into other seasons, which feel quite amiss.
Seasons of life, some good some bad.
Seasons of life, some happy, some sad.
In the seasons of life full of grief and pain,
We have to remember that when it comes to seasons, they don’t sustain.
In seasons of life, full of sadness and sorrow.
Sometimes the win, is making it through tomorrow.
Some seasons of life make you feel like you’re gasping for air,
Those are the seasons that simply feel unfair.
But there are other seasons of life—with fresh air and sun
Seasons of life— full of laughter and fun
In seasons like this— we wish we could pause & hold onto forever
Seasons like this—take your breath away but in a completely different manner
We have to remember to pause & reflect & bottle these moments up
Because sometimes we open those bottles later to get through other seasons of disrupt.
Season of life, some exhilarating, some scary.
Seasons of life, some haunting, some merry.
The thing to remember about seasons is that they come and go.
Some pass quickly, some pass quite slow.
There’s one thing for sure: there are seasons yet to come
And every season of life so far, you’ve successfully pulled away from.
Seasons of life, they’ve gotten you here..
And they’ll teach you the people in life you hold near.
The seasons of life—all leave you praying to the Lord above
Because it’s the seasons of life that build a lifetime we look back on & a life we’re proud of.
Seasons of life — some feel like we can’t get through.
Those are the same seasons of life, that bring beautiful seasons that are new.
